CAB recognise their role in redressing the balance between the "information
rich" and "information poor". We have prioritised the development
of "People's Technology" as one of four streams in our current
Strategic Plan. We can only pursue this strategic objective effectively if we
commit significant resources to ICT development, and remain at the forefront of
ICT development within the City and our sector.
